About Sam Sather
Sam Sather is a certified yoga therapist and yoga teacher that for the last 30 years has focused her work to help individuals uncover the wisdom of their bodies and mentor teachers who wish to do the same. Sam integrates skeletal and fascial variation, functional movement, interoception, meridian movement stimulation and psychological inquiry in yoga and meditation sessions.
For many of Sam's workshops or trainings, teachers can apply for CEUs for the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and Yoga Alliance. She offers an in person and/or remote intern program for teachers through her studio, Dogwood Studios.
