The curriculum starts with self-paced pre-recorded modules, moves into a 5 day live online intensive, and ends with completing homework consisting of reading, writing essays, and submitting teaching videos. 6. Brett Larkin: Uplifted Yoga

Uplifted is another option for Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in 200, 300 and 500-hour offerings. 11. Sunlight Yoga
