Kendall Berents is known for her lively, enthusiastic classes and approachability. She creates challenging sequences and metaphorical movements, using the mat as a place to work through the emotions that linger in the body. Kendall started practicing yoga in 2011 when a running injury forced her off her feet. Ever since that first class, yoga has stayed with her, becoming part of both her active lifestyle and spiritual alignment. She received her first 200-hour YTT in 2013, becoming one of the youngest registered yoga teachers in her area. Kendall completed a second 200-hour YTT and 100-hour YTT with Laughing Lotus in Summer 2015. Kendall uses her passion for movement and storytelling to infuse her yoga with meaning, giving every class plenty of sweat and soul.
