Amanda James is a skilled yogi who found yoga after her children were born. Seeking to reconnect with her breath, tame anxiety, and feel stronger, she quickly fell in love with the practice. Amanda completed her 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher training in 2007 and began teaching beginners. Her passion led her to specialize in yoga for children and families, becoming one of the first graduates of Kidding Around Yoga. Now a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher and KAY trainer, Amanda is dedicated to spreading the benefits of yoga to create a more peaceful, happy future for children.
